1. Product Engineering

Once a customer places an order for PCB's, the order arrives at the Product Engineering department. Product Engineering is the technical link between the customer and production. The engineers process the data supplied for the PCB to be produced into production tools using automated computer software (CAM and Paradigm).

2. Business Office

Business Office The order is assigned a so-called work order number. This unique number is intended to make it easier to locate the order, using the logistics computer system, during production. This is because after each production step there is a ready message in the computer. When all tools and the order card are ready, they go after the business office. The business office is the logistical controller of orders on the factory floor. The business office releases the order for production and monitors the progress of the order during production.

3. Material issuance

In the Material Issue Department, the basic material is issued as required work order. If it is necessary for the work plate to be custom-made, the Material Issue Department takes care of this control.... This material consists of a fiberglass-reinforced sheet of epoxy resin coated on the bottom and top with a layer of copper. These plates are called work plates. The material between the copper makes the board more rigid and stable. In addition, this material provides insulation between the copper layers.
